Welcome to Norfolk Yoga Therapy.

I am Georgina Huggins, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist helping people to improve their physical and mental health through yoga.


Yoga therapy is a space to understand yourself better, to develop more kindness and compassion for yourself and to make lasting changes to improve your health and wellbeing. Read more about yoga therapy here.


I offer private, one to one sessions and group classes in Acle, Norwich and the wider Norfolk area as well as online.
