Yoga Classes
I currently run a number of weekly classes. While these classes are not specifically yoga therapy based my yoga therapy background has a large influence on the way I teach. I also offer one to one or group private classes, get in touch for more information.

Gentle Morning Yoga
In this class we connect movement and breath in a gentle way to help us feel good from the inside out.
​
We move through a simple series of postures and then enjoy a good dose of relaxation to finish. A perfect way to start the day to get you feeling happy, relaxed and comfortable in your body.

Everyone is welcome and this is definitely a beginner friendly class.

Feel Good Yoga
This class is a mix of Hatha and Bhava yoga and is all about feeling good.

We explore our bodies and our lives with a perfect balance of movement and stillness so that we can feel our best selves. Take some time to feel stronger and more flexible in body, mind and soul and learn how yoga can help you to feel good.

This class has something for everyone, all ages and abilities are welcome.
